This is nothing all that original I’m sure, but its pretty easy to make, And tastes great.
You will need.
1 lbs of boneless chicken breast. (I use 2 breast half’s as you buy them in the store)
1 bottle of garlic and herb marinade or Italian salad dressing

From a coworker who brought his lunch today. Amounts for all should be dictated by taste, saladhood being a highly subjective state of being. The version Ram made had a very high veggie to cottage cheese ratio, meaning it was mostly vegetables with the cottage cheese finely distributed throughout.
