Hi all. My name is Teller duBois. I am owner and chef of the Teller Restaurant in downtown Chicago. I set the restaurant up in 1992 and despite very hard times in the beginning, I stuck with it and now own one of the city’s best loved restaurants. I have also made a number of TV appearances, including Oprah Winfrey, Montel Williams and even the David Letterman show. Things can only get better!
